2. Handling personal data
The protection of your personal data through the collection, processing and use during your visit to the AO Services website is important to us. In the following, we will explain to you which information AO Services collects during your visit to the Internet pages and how it is used by AO Services.

3. Data processing when visiting the Internet pages
AO Services makes every effort to improve and update the offer on the AO Services Internet pages for customers and interested parties in order to increase the attractiveness of the offer. For this purpose, AO Services stores data on the retrieval of Internet pages each time the Internet pages are accessed. This data is not assigned to any natural person and is used exclusively for internal, statistical and technical purposes of AO Services . We collect the data for legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 f) EU Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). Names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or other contact data are not recorded unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of an enquiry initiated by you or when placing an order. The AO Services does not create any user profiles of visit data from the Internet pages.
In detail, the following data is stored when the pages are called up:

  •     Names and designations of the files that were retrieved by the respective user from the AO Services Internet pages,

  •     the IP address from which the files were retrieved,

  •     the date and time of access to the respective website,

  •     the amount of data transferred,

  •     the time of the respective first call of one of the AO Services Internet pages and the time of the respective last    

          activity on one of the pages,

  •     Status queries about the successful retrieval of the files,

  •     Type of web browser used and the page last visited by the user (so-called referrer).


4. Data processing for enquiries
If you have provided your e-mail address and other contact data, such as your name, as part of an enquiry, in particular under the "Contact" page with your consent, AO Services will send you the corresponding information requested. Your data will be collected and processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DSGVO. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. We will delete your data immediately after your revocation, unless there are legal reasons for not doing so. Your data will be stored in a file or in an e-mail program and will only be used for correspondence with the requested information.

5. Cookies this website uses
This website uses so-called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer by the server. They contain information about the browser, the IP address, the operating system and the Internet connection. These data are not passed on by us to third parties or linked to personal data without their consent.

6. Right of information, revocation and deletion
You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. Personal data will be deleted if you have revoke your consent to AO Services to store your data, if it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored, or if its storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. Upon written request, AO Services will be happy to inform you of the personal data we have stored about you (e.g. name, address, telephone number). Please use the AO Services contact data stored on the imprint or contact page for this purpose.
If you discover that the data we have stored about you is incorrect, you have the right to correction in accordance with Article 16 DSGVO.
You have the right to restrict the processing of your data. This means that although your data will not be deleted, it will be marked in order to restrict its further processing or use (Article 18 DSGVO).
If you wish, we can send you a copy of your personal data or transfer this data in a common machine-readable format to another body (e.g. authority or company) (Article 20 DSGVO).
In principle, you have a general right of objection also against legitimate data processing which is in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority or due to the legitimate interest of an authority (Article 21 DSGVO).

7. Safety note
AO Services s endeavors to take all necessary technical and organizational security measures to store your personal data in such a way that it is neither accessible to third parties nor to the public. Should you wish to contact us by e-mail, the confidentiality of the information transmitted is usually restricted, as the content of e-mails can be viewed by third parties. The online offering of AO Services contains links to other Internet sites. We have no influence on whether their operators comply with data protection regulations.
